6th Annual Mobile Photography Awards world premiere at 6x6 Centre for Photography
We are excited and proud to announce that The 6th Annual Mobile Photography Awards gallery exhibit will have its world premiere in Cyprus at the 6x6 Centre for Photography in February 2017 - lots more details to follow!
The 6th Annual Mobile Photography Awards will be open for submissions in October! The submission period this year is October 11th - December 4th, 2016.
The MPA will award a $3000 Grand Prize in addition to all kinds of awesome giveaways from fantastic mobile photo gear makers and service providers.
The MPA remains the world's longest running international competition and gallery show exclusively for images shot and edited on mobile devices.
6-week photography course starts 22nd september 2016
Join our practical photography courses for all levels organised on a six week basis (in small groups or one-to-one). A simple and comprehensible learning method is applied, including theory of photography, Photoshop techniques, hands-on photographic sessions, outdoor photography and studio photography (in the Centre’s fully-equipped studio).
Food Photography Workshop with Theodosis Georgiadis
6x6 Centre for Photography organised a practical food photography workshop at Alasia Hotel, Limassol, on Saturday, 21st May 2016, with leading food photographer from Greece Theodosis Georgiadis. The workshop was organised within the framework of the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year Award Exhibition, currently hosted at 6x6.

Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year is the world’s leading celebration of food photography and film from around the world. The exhibition at 6x6 will showcase the winning pictures, and other finalist images, along with the winning films.

Askas Outdoor Photography Workshop
The three day workshop at Askas village in Pitsilia area organised by 6x6 Centre for Photography together with photographer Silvio Augusto Rusmigo was an amazing experience last weekend! "NEPAL, through the eyes of a surgeon" Lecture & Exhibition by Dr. Andreas Christodoulides
Dr. Christodoulides spent three weeks as a volunteer surgeon at the United Mission Hospital in Tansen, Nepal. He observed the people and their culture and was charmed by their hospitality. His photographs capture the Nepalese everyday life and the conditions at the hospital. Through his 25-minute visual presentation lecture he will unfold his unique experience. The lecture will be held in English on the 4th of April 2016 at 7.30 pm
